Hello:
Anxiety is actually a double fear. Fears concerning whatever achievement[s] that you are involved with in combination with the fear of time. I suppose the simplest example would be a game such as hockey.
As the game is ending and if you are losing, your fears for your ability to succeed are compounded by your fear of running out of time.
For the ladies in particular, a perfect example would be the woman who is working downtown and has one or more of her children in child care. If she is late picking the children up she must pay a steep penalty.
However when she gets on the train or whatever to pick up her children, there are problematic situations where it is out of her control when she will arrive at the child care center. Under these conditions she would be feeling stress and/or anxiety, --- take your pick.
Get in here and lets discuss these issues with each other. I can help you deal with the stress and anxiety in your life but at the same time, you can make me more aware of the limitations of my help.
The point is that we will both be better off if we communicate with each other about this subject. So go ahead; I have made the first move by creating this blog, now it is your turn to make the second move. By myself, nothing will get done but together we might just make life better for both of us.
