Hello to one and all:
I am 77 years old. I have been studying psychology all of my life, so have you. In fact all of us are amateur psychologists trying to understand why people behave the way they do. Some of us are more amateur than others.
I believe that I have important ideas to share with you if you are willing to respond to my invitation to enter this blog in the "comments" area. Simply tell me what is bothering you the most and I will try to help you with your problem(s).
As I have stated elsewhere, if you contact a psychological therapist and/or a psychiatrist people will probably start to shy away from you if they find out.
If you tell them that you were in touch with Stephen Adams who calls himself a Behavioral Consultant, no such stigma will attach to your decision. Only you can make it happen.
